Design system for an MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) event. The event took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — a largely Islamic, modern city. My approach was to create a modern design that provided a nod to the mosaics often found in Islamic art, while recognizing the literal translation of the name “Kuala Lumpur,” “muddy confluence.”
Had quite a bit of fun with the collateral pieces needed for the event. Above, you’ll see the sponsorship brochure, followed by a DM piece and 5’ banners used on site.
